shopping cart. There, you can add items from the A La Carte menu to
tailor your Green Package to your needs. We will make every attempt to
put everything in one box, to save on shipping and to minimize waste in
packing.
How to buy
Buying is easy and secure. When you
place an order, your credit card information is protected by our 128-bit
encryption SSL secure servers. There are two ways to get to the Green
Event Shop shopping cart. You can “CLICK TO ORDER NOW” on the home page.
Or, you can click any photo on our home page to see exactly what
products we offer, and there is a “Order Now” button on the A La Carte
and Green Package pages. Once you click that, you’ll be directed to a
shopping cart where you select the quantity of Green Event products or
packages you want to order.
Once
you click “Add to Cart,” you can proceed to checkout by clicking “View
Cart” or you go back and look at the packages again by clicking on
“Continue Shopping.” To get back to your shopping basket, click again on
Buy Now and View Cart buttons. Then click on “Checkout” and follow the
instructions.
Shipping, tax, and other policies
Our package prices including handling, but you pay
for the shipping. We minimize the packaging to save the environment and
shipping costs. We ship via UPS ground and work to get you your package
in least expensive and the fastest possible way. If you need your
package sooner, send an email to

and we’ll try to work something out.
All orders within California pay an 8.5 % sales tax.
Return Policy
If after receiving Green Event Shop products, you decide
you cannot use them, please repackage them and ship them back to: Green
Event Shop c/o Prism, 1961 Stearman, Hayward, CA 94545, and you will
receive a store credit for future purchases. If you received our
products and find they were damaged in shipping, please email us at
partygirl@greenevent.biz
and tell us which ones were damaged, then ship back to us the damaged
materials and we will send you replacements. Make sure you include your
name and shipping address in the email you send us. For any other
inquiries, please email us and we will respond promptly.
